Preschool Bucket List


With the city all abuzz about Preschool acceptance and admissions I figured it was time to share The Playplanit Preschool Bucket List.  Here are 60 things to do with your child in the Bay Area before they start Preschool.

  1. Take a trip to the Bay Area Discovery Museum
  2. Visit the Pier 39 Seals
  3. Take a Ferry or boat Ride
  4. Walk/Stroll the Golden Gate Bridge
  5. Root for the World Champions at AT&T Park (Tickets are on sale now!)
  6. Picnic in Golden Gate Park
  7. Visit the Exploratorium
  8. Take a Music Class
  9. Enroll in a toddler soccer class
  10. Go for a walk along the beach
  11. Take swim lessons
  12. Exhaust your little one in a bouncy house
  13. Giddy-up!  Go on a horse-drawn train ride
  14. Take a trip to the snow (or enjoy it when it comes to SF!)
  15. Visit the smaller, more manageable Oakland Zoo and ride the kiddie rides
  16. Take a hike in Marin
  17. Get family pictures taken
  18. Go camping
  19. Walk through the Presidio
  20. Take an art class
  21. See the Blue Angels (Coming Oct. 8th & 9th in 2011!)
  22. Attend a summer camp
  23. Play catch
  24. Get messy!  Enjoy some at home finger painting
  25. Wash your car at home
  26. Cook dinner and/or take a cooking class

  47. Record your child on a tape recorder & play it back (over and over and over….)
