Since Allison posted her professional family photos on the Playplanit blog I’ve been meaning to get ours done.  I started doing research, spoke with photographers, compared packages and….was lulled into inaction.  There are too many great photographers, too many cute photos, too many locations in San Francisco….it’s all just too much.

I was relieved when I ran into a mom friend at the playground who just had her family photos done.  They were trying to capture their newborn and she told me their photographer, Veronica, really got into it, took some time and got tons of amazing pictures.  Best of all, her prices were affordable.

I called her that day and we booked a date.

Now that I’m a mom I can easily identify those people who love being around kids.  That is Veronica.  The shoot was fun, easy, natural and since she is a mom herself she understood our daughters near-meltdown and it was no big deal.
