Fireworks show with music and games at three different viewing locations: Creekside Park, Hyde Middle School, or Sedgwick Elementary School. Come early and bring a picnic.

Traditional pancake breakfast at the Quinlan Community Center. Breakfast begins at 7am, and at 10am, the parade will begin. Followed by a community sing-a-long.

Parade, then festival features patriotic games and crafts, live music, “jump houses” and more. This parade is the second longest Independence Day parade in the nation.

Oakland
The Pardee Home Museum in Oakland hosts a costumed patriotic picnic and Ice Cream social. This old-fashioned event includes live entertainment, including ragtime music and popular songs of the era.

Fun daytime event for families with food, a petting zoo, magicians, Circus Troupe, Stilt Walking, farmers and artisan markets, and live music.

Past and present military personnel will be honored, along with the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Boy Scouts.
